We're Hiring! Customer Service Administrator Required for RTITB

We are looking for a talented, ambitious, fun–loving person to join the RTITB team in Telford as a Customer Service Administrator. The ideal person for this role will have experience of quality assurance administration or working in a role where they needed to verify compliance with legal/regulatory requirements. We regularly promote internally and reward hard work and loyalty.

  • 8.30am-5.00pm Mon-Fri plus regular overtime 
  • 26.5 days holiday per annum + bank holidays
  • Defined Contribution Pension (4.5% on either side)
  • £17,860 per annum
