Once again RTITB will be exhibiting at the Microlise Transport Conference on 17th May 2017 at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry.

Over 1,000 attendees from throughout the industry will come together for the industry’s premier conference, featuring speakers and workshops covering all areas of the road transport industry.

In partnership with Motor Transport, the Microlise Transport Conference will provide delegates with the opportunity to hear from some of the leading names and brands in the industry, meet with organisation representatives, and hear from experts within vertical sectors. There will also be a series of key seminars, including one from Quentin Willson, Conference Chair.

Microlise 2017 will also be home to the awards ceremony for the Microlise Driver of the Year 2017. Nominations opened in December 2016 and from launch until 24th February 2017, nominations can be made for Driver of the Year, Young Driver of the Year, Lifetime Achievement, HGV Hero and Extra Mile. Nick Welch, RTITB Head of Technical Development, will be on judging panel for the awards. The awards, which are now in its third year, is based on the analysis of anonymous telematics performance data for more than 110,000 drivers to find the best three short, medium and long distance drivers in the country.

RTITB will be in attendance to promote the benefits of the Master Driver CPC Consortium, with special offers available for prospective customers. With just 2 years to go until the Driver CPC training deadline, it is crucial that training providers and employers are equipped in order to keep drivers skilled, safe and efficient on the roads.

We will also be promoting our Instructor training services, with a focus on some of our newest Instructor courses, including Safe & Economic Driver Instructor and Driving Behaviour and Defensive Driving Instructor.

RTITB will also be appearing as one of the key speakers on the days, with a slot at 8:30am. Further information on this will be released in accordance to the events agenda release.
