RTITB will be attending the Health & Safety Scotland exhibition, part of the Scotland Works collective, on 3rd-4th May 2017 at the SECC Glasgow as part of the events discussion panels.

Health & Safety Scotland showcases the best of the industries latest products, services and innovations, with a range of free educational seminars for delegates throughout the day, looking at best practise advice, legislation and policies.

Nick Welch, Head of Technical Development for RTITB, will appear at as part of the discussion panel in the Seminar Theatre on Wednesday 3rd May to provide attendees with an expert discussion on forklift safety.

On Thursday 4th, Nick will be joining the Proactive Safety discussion, which will be taking a look at forklift safety – including common causes of accidents, cultural causes of accidents and approaches and technologies for improving forklift safety. The panel will also be discussing proactive safety, focusing on how companies can work towards the anticipation of safety problems and prevention, rather than reacting to issues as they occur.
