The RTITB Vehicle Mounted Hydraulic Lorry Loader Instructor course provides candidates with the skills to train and test operators on vehicle mounted fork lift trucks, often referred to as a hiab.

The RTITB Vehicle Mounted Hydraulic Lorry Loader Instructor course provides candidates with the skills to train and test operators on vehicle mounted fork lift trucks, often referred to as a hiab. This qualification will also permit candidates to instruct on additional material handling equipment they are qualified to operate.

Following completion of this course, candidates will be able to recall and discuss relevant legislation and guidance, and will be equipped to plan, prepare and deliver lorry loader training and testing. Following successful completion of this course, candidates are eligible to register on the RTITB Register of Professional Instructors.
