Due to staff training, the RTITB office will be opening on Friday 5th October 2018 at a slightly later time of 10.30am.
As part of this year’s National Customer Service week, we have been busily working on a series of challenges and training to help improve RTITB’s internal and external training. The purpose of this week is to ensure we are providing the best possible service across the board – from within our own departments, to our customers. This week will end with some training on the morning of Friday 5th October, meaning our normal opening hours will be slightly affected.
