Customer Service Administration Team Leader

Laura is our Customer Service Administration Team Leader. For most of our customers, Laura is a familiar, friendly voice on the other end of the line having worked in a customer services role across most major strands of the business, including: MDRS, NORS, Accreditation and Master Driver CPC.

An equestrian enthusiast, Laura spends much of her free time riding her horse and lending a hand to local bridleway maintenance projects. You may be curious about the horse’s name, but only until you find out that Laura also has a prize-winning pet skunk, named Jordi-Alba.
