Terms and conditions of sales through this site
Welcome to rtitb.co.uk. RTITB Limited provides access to our website (the "website") and sell our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.
Please read these conditions carefully. By using rtitb, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
When you place an order to purchase a product from RTITB Limited, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation of receipt of that order.
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that the estimated dispatch time of 5 working day is just that. It is not a guaranteed dispatch time and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
Despite our efforts, a small number of of products in our catalogue may be mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Our 7 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding postage and packing). We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 7 days unless they are faulty.
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use & Sale at any time.
Our web site does not automatically capture or store personal data from general visitors to the site, other than to log the user's IP address and session information such as the duration of the visit to the site and the nature of the browser used. This information is used only for administration of the site system and in the compilation of statistics used by us to assess the use of the site. We only use a single 'cookie' containing a session identifier to help with the administration of our web site, we do not use 'cookies' to collect user information from this site. This privacy policy does not cover the links within this site linking to other sites.
Our site may require you to register with us. This is to allow access to extra services that we provide for you. The information is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. If at any time you wish to cancel your subscription you may do so by advising us by fax or email.
RTITB Ltd is a data controller registered under the Data Protection Act in the UK. We may check the accuracy of the information that we receive about you with what is already in our database. We will not give information about you to anyone else outside RTITB Ltd unless the law allows us to do so.
