RTITB Quality Control Statement

It is the stated policy of RTITB to satisfy the requirements of our clients in every way we can. This is achieved by operating a comprehensive, co-ordinated management system which assures the services offered by the organisation. This system meets the requirements of BS.EN.ISO 9001:2008. It is implemented across the whole organisation and embraces all the activities which impact upon our clients.

The management is committed to ensuring that the system is effective in achieving and satisfying clients both now and in the future. To this end we will strive to continually improve upon our services, processes and our management system. We will set objectives and targets which will be measured and reported upon at management reviews.

These objectives include:

  • Customer satisfaction and complaints handling
  • Compliance with relevant regulatory standards
  • Service development and improvement

To ensure continual improvement of the services and systems the organisation will continue to recognise the involvement of staff. The company is also committed to the ongoing development of the staff.

The management system to meet BS.EN.ISO 9001:2008 will be adhered to by all personnel within the organisation to achieve and maintain the above policy and objectives.
