The NORS Guide
The NORS Guide is a comprehensive guide covering all aspects of NORS, the system and its benefits. The guide includes the NORS application form, information about restricted certification, a step by step guide to using the extranet (online registration system) and a guide to using the Irfanview software to reduce photo size.
NORS Matrix
The NORS matrix provides the minimum training durations for RTITB accredited training.
ID Card/Certificate Request Form
Download this form and return to the NORS Team at RTITB to purchase an ID card or replacement certificate.
You can now pay for your I.D Card/Certificate orders online. To do this click here and select the other products tab to make your payment.
Adding/Removing Instructors to/from your Accreditation
Download the instructor information update form and return to the Accreditation Team at RTITB to add/remove instructors from your organisation's accreditation.
NORS application - To Register Instructor's Operating Qualifications
This form is used to submit RTITB registered instructor's operating qualifications to the NORS Team.
Instructors can now pay to register operating qualifications online. To do this click here and select the other products tab to make your payment.
NORS application - For Operator Registration
This form is used to submit operator registrations to the NORS Team. Please note this type of application takes on average 4 times longer to be processed than an online application. Two paper applications are available above, one is a PDF which can be printed and completed and the other is an excel spreadsheet which can be directly typed on and emailed to the NORS Team. Alternatively, to make an application online, follow the link above.
Mixed Course Guidelines
The mixed course guidelines outline what mix of ability is acceptable for RTITB accredited training. E.g mixing a novice candidate with an experienced operator candidate.
Data Protection Guidance
Download the information above to ensure your organisation is meeting all the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 when registering people on the NORS database.
Certificate Logos
If you would like your NORS certificates to display your organisation's logo please contact the Marketing Team who will be able to assist with this.
If you produce your own certificates and would like to use the RTITB logo please contact the Marketing Team who will arrange for you to receive the logo and logo agreement.
Please note there is no charge for either certificate logo service.
