The Master Driver Registration Scheme (MDRS)

The Master Driver Registration Scheme (MDRS) is a database developed specifically to cater for Driver CPC. Its development has benefited from RTITB’s experience with it's highly successful National Operators Registration Scheme (NORS), and has been developed to support compliance and best practice.
MDRS records the training data for each driver trained and provides a detailed summary of course content, date and venue of training, results of assessments and provides reports which allow users to manage and plan training, ensuring drivers complete the required number of hours of training within the time required by the CPC regulations.
Driver training data uploaded to MDRS will be uploaded to DSA within 5 working days of course completion.
