Data protection clause
I consent to RTITB processing personal data relating to me for legal, personal, administrative and management purposes and in particular to the processing of any sensitive personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998). I agree that the Company may make my personal details available to regulatory authorities, potential or future employers and governmental organisations. I understand that this registration lasts for the duration of five years from the examination date and after that period it will be necessary to re-apply.
