RTITB Limited invested over 1.25 million in setting up a fully equipped 2,569 sq mt training centre in 2003. Since this date the RTITB Academy has gone on to successfully train hundreds of individuals and in 2009 alone has trained in excess of 200 people.
The RTITB Academy works with employers in developing business specific systems, training materials and trainers, we do this to ensure that the benefits relatively modest investment in training can bring, are realised.
The RTITB Academy and our instructors treat all delegates as individuals, and tailor training to their needs using methods that best suit the way they learn. We practice what we preach and only deliver the highest standard of training.
Our primary function is to train trainers and assessors to deliver professional programmes that are cost efficient, relevant and robust. However, our wide range of courses reflect the industry’s priorities and are delivered at the RTITB Academy, Telford or In-Company.
